Returns and Exchanges
Changed your mind? Contact us within 14 days of delivery and return your item within 21 days for a refund, store credit or exchange.

Conditions:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition
Earrings and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange (earrings for hygiene reasons)

Warranty
All pieces are quality-checked and made to order. If your item is faulty, we offer a 90-day warranty for repair or replacement (subject to jeweller assessment).

Not covered:

Tarnishing, fading, or discolouration from cosmetics, perfumes, cleaning products or acidic skin
Loss, chain breakage, or general wear and tear
Items altered, misused or damaged after purchase.

To lodge a warranty claim, send your proof of purchase to info@fuwacollections.com.

Repairs and Replacements
We offer jewellery repairs starting at $25, including chain replacements. Please contact us for more details at info@fuwacollections.com.

Return Postage
Return postage is at the customer’s expense. All returns must be sent via a trackable postal service – we cannot refund items that aren’t confirmed as delivered. You’ll receive an email once your return is received and processed.
