RETURN, EXCHANGE & REPAIR
All of our jewellery is hand-crafted according to the highest standard and is quality checked before we send it to you. In the unlikely case of a faulty item, we offer a 90-day warranty. We will offer a repair or exchange once the item has been proven by our jewellers to be faulty. Given all our items are handmade in Japan, depending on stock availability, the time for exchange or repair may vary. Due to reasons of hygiene and safety, please note that all our earrings are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale items purchased are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
This warranty does not cover neglect, loss of items, chain breakage, and general wear and tear. General wear and tear include tarnishing and fading of gold jewellery.
The warranty is voided if the jewellery has been altered or modified, damaged by accident, misused or discoloured by foreign substances. Please note that contact with foreign substances such as hand sanitiser, cleaning agent, cosmetic products, perfume, and acidic skin types can cause discolouration. Tarnishing and discolourations caused by the above reasons will not be covered under this warranty.

Should you have a change of mind within 14 days of purchasing, we are happy to offer a refund, store credit or exchange. Please note our policy does not include sale items or earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Item must be returned in perfect condition with no signs of being worn and in their original packaging.

EXCHANGE
Within 14 days of receiving your order, eligible products will be exchanged for the purchase price. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. All our earrings and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
REPAIR
We offer a jewellery repair service, starting form $25. Please contact us for further information.
We offer chain replacement. Please contact us for further information.
Every piece is made to order and leaves our studio in perfect condition. In case it has any defects, we offer a 90-day warranty. We will offer a repair or replacement once the item has been proven by our jewellers to be faulty.
This warranty does not cover loss, chain breakage, and general wear and tear. General wear and tear include tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery, and therefore, is not covered by warranty.
RETURN, EXCHANGE & REPAIR POSTAGE
Postage will be at the customer's expense. Returns must be shipped by trackable postal service, as we will be unable to offer refunds on items that cannot be confirmed to have reached us. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
