Warranty

Each piece is carefully handcrafted or sourced from trusted Japanese suppliers, with strict quality checks before shipping.

We offer a 90-day warranty for manufacturing faults. If a fault is confirmed by our jewellers, we’ll repair or exchange the item. Please note that repair or exchange times may vary based on stock availability, especially for handmade pieces.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are also not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranty exclusions include:

• General wear and tear (e.g. tarnishing, fading)

• Chain breakage, loss, or neglect

• Damage from misuse or modification

• Discolouration caused by contact with substances like hand sanitiser, cleaning agents, perfumes, cosmetics, or acidic skin

Tarnishing or damage from the above are not covered under warranty.
