Finding Joy in the Small Things
At first, it is Victoria’s warmth and confidence that you notice. She is open, social and has a natural way of making people feel welcome.
But beneath that outward energy is someone who deeply values quiet time—being at home, reading her books and allowing herself the space to recharge.

Perhaps it is this balance that makes her strength feel so genuine.
Victoria moved to Australia with her family when she was young and grew up watching her mother navigate life in a new country. That experience helped shape the independent, warm and quietly determined woman she is today.
When we asked Victoria about the last time she felt truly proud of herself, she spoke about stepping outside her comfort zone.
She had volunteered to do something that would usually make her feel a little scared. She chose to do it anyway—and it went really well.
“I felt really proud that I was able to do that.”
Her answer reminded us that pride does not always come from achieving something extraordinary. Sometimes, it comes from facing something that frightens us and finding the courage to try.
Victoria brings this same appreciation to the smaller moments in everyday life. She believes that celebrations should not be reserved only for major milestones.
“It’s so important to acknowledge not only the big things, but all the little things. When we celebrate them and approach life with joy, laughter and happiness, life feels so much fuller.”
Although many people may see Victoria as naturally outgoing, she describes herself as more of an introvert.
She genuinely loves people, but she also needs time alone. Being at home, reading and spending time with herself allows her to recharge before returning to her busy life.

For Victoria, balance does not mean doing everything perfectly. She stays as organised as she can, while also recognising that she cannot do it all—and that there will always be more waiting to be done.
There is honesty and freedom in accepting that.
When we asked what advice she would give to other women, Victoria was initially unsure whether she was qualified to offer any. Yet what she shared was simple, sincere and powerful:
“Support each other and have your voices heard.”
It reflects the way Victoria moves through life—with warmth towards others, but also with a growing confidence in her own voice.
And there is still a dream she hopes to bring to life.
Victoria writes regularly as part of her work, but one day she wants to create something of her own: a novel. She wants to sit down, put her thoughts on paper and turn them into a story.
What is holding her back?
Perhaps, as she openly admits, it is simply beginning.
To us, Victoria represents the kind of woman at the heart of FŪWA: strong without needing to be loud, connected to others while still protecting time for herself, and brave enough to keep moving towards a dream that has not yet fully taken shape.
Her story reminds us that strength is not about having everything perfectly balanced or knowing all the answers.
Sometimes, strength is choosing to try even when we feel afraid. It is making space to recharge, celebrating the small moments, supporting the women around us—and finally giving ourselves permission to begin.
