Order placed with FūWA COLLECTIONS are processed promptly. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 72 hours of receiving them.  Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

All Domestic Orders over $200 AUD are eligible for Free Express Shipping. 

All Domestic Orders under $200 AUD incurs AU $14 Fee for Express Shipping.

All Domestic Post are Delivered by Australia Post.

Missing or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is missing or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at info@fuwacollections.com so that we can assist you in locating the package.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent any issues with delivery. FūWA COLLECTIONS is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customer.
